  • Our Leadership | Team New England Youth Academy

Team New England Youth Academy is a youth development organization serving multiple inner-cities across New England. We help young athletes reach their goals by providing opportunity through sport. LEADERSHIP ISAIAH DAVIS, CO-FOUNDER Isaiah Davis is the co-founder of Team New England and a highly respected basketball coach and mentor. A former student-athlete and Babson College graduate, Isaiah has built one of the largest youth basketball programs on the East Coast, serving nearly 1,000 boys and girls through year-round camps, clinics, and teams. Growing up in Providence, Isaiah found inspiration and support in community organizations like the West End Community Center and the Boys and Girls Club. These experiences fueled his passion for giving back, motivating him to help young people succeed both on and off the court. With a background in finance and basketball, Isaiah combines financial literacy and leadership training in his mentorship. Through TEAM New England, he has helped over 20 students receive full scholarships to prestigious prep schools and universities such as Phillips Exeter Academy and Providence College. Additionally, several of his athletes have earned NCAA Division I scholarships, with some going on to play professionally. Isaiah's impact extends beyond athletics. He has provided countless youth with career and life-skills workshops, helping students secure internships and job opportunities. His passion for empowering young people remains at the core of TEAM New England’s mission, driving the organization’s vision for creating lasting change in the lives of the youth they serve. GREG HILL, CO-FOUNDER Greg Hill is the co-founder of TEAM New England and a dedicated advocate focused on empowering young people through basketball, mentorship, and educational initiatives. A lifelong resident of Boston, he strives to make a positive impact on youth and give back to the community where he grew up. As a community leader, Greg is deeply involved in youth work, actively contributing to various programs and initiatives throughout the city. An innovator in the field of education, Greg has made it his life’s mission to help young people from under-resourced communities succeed through education. His own experiences growing up in Boston, where key mentors at from the community saved his life, inspired him to dedicate his life to creating opportunities for youth and paying it forward to all his students. Currently, Greg serves as an administrator and Middle School Academy Leader at Dr. Albert D. Holland High School of Technology. With over 20 years of experience in youth development, including serving as a program director for local organizations, he provides mentorship that extends beyond basketball. He emphasizes resilience and helps young people develop the skills needed to overcome challenges. A strong advocate for restorative justice practices, he promotes a culture of understanding, healing, and community engagement among youth, believing in the power of second chances. Greg integrates academic support into his mentorship, encouraging youth to excel in their studies while fostering essential life skills and leadership qualities. He actively organizes community events and workshops, bringing families and local resources together to create a supportive environment for youth development. Committed to promoting inclusivity, Greg ensures that all youth, regardless of background, feel valued and supported in both sports and education. His work reflects a deep dedication to underserved youth, helping them cultivate the skills and confidence necessary for future success in life and sports.
