HOW WE DO IT
We achieve our mission by taking a holistic approach to youth development. Since our founding in 2016, we have developed a holistic model that serves as the foundational framework driving our program initiatives. Our approach engages, educates, and empowers young people by addressing their academic, social, and athletic needs.
We focus on four key areas: Education, Enrichment, Basketball, and Global Impact. Community Engagement is embedded in everything we do and serves as the foundation for our program model.
EDUCATION

Year-round tutoring and academic programs, prep school and college showcases for exposure.

Leadership development, project-based learning, social-emotional support, and career pathway exploration.

Year-round competitive basketball programming, exposure to high-level academic institutions, and recruitment support.

Assisting international student-athletes in accessing US prep schools, providing support for tuition, housing, and other living expenses.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Collaborative events, family outreach programs, volunteer initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and partnerships with local organizations.
